The “Bagai” respect the ancient edict of Bavarian purity of 1516, the famous Reinheitsgebot which forces the brewer to use only water, barley malt and hops.
The experience in the sector, the production technique, the imagination and the passion to realize the dream of the brewery has pushed the Bagai to have even more energy to carry out the project.

To produce the beers the brewery select the raw materials based on analytical criteria and quality controls, looking with the brewing technique (single decoction, triple decoction and infusion) to make them express at maximum, without forcing, without spices or extreme quantity of hop that covers the taste of malt.
